Removed old felt and old damaged chipboard and removed from site. Increased insulation to 300mm and re-boarded using TG3 Structural Boards. Replaced rotten fascia with new upvc white 18mm replacement fascia. New felt-work of 3 layers bonded together with a brown mineral finish.
