Re-boarded / New Thermal Insulation / Re-felted / 20 Year Guarantee

Upgraded sun-room, removed old chipboard and diverted water using timber firings. Fitted 100mm insulation between joists and re-boarded with structural 18mm OSB boarding. All finished with a built up 3 layer Icopal 20 YEAR ROOF system.
